Physiology |
Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease is common fatal inherited disorder which approximately 1 in 1000 people. Polycystic kidney disease is characterised by progressive increase and enlargement of numerous fluid filled renal cysts. Cysts are present in spleen, liver, pancreas, spleen, subarachnoid space and pineal gland. |
