Description: Management of HIV disease is one
of the most rapidly expanding frontiers of scientific advancements, globally.
These recent advancements have raised a spectre of transforming HIV disease in
to a chronic manageable disease, a reality. ASICON 2005 is the first official
National Conference of the AIDS Society of India (ASI), an affiliate of the
International AIDS Society (IAS). It will offer an opportunity to learn, share
and offer quality care to those who need it. The scientific deliberations will
be useful in enhancing capacity to offer quality care to HIV infected
individuals in India and also help researchers in prioritizing researchable
issues in India. It will provide an opportunity to review, reflect upon and look
